While waiting for the green light from the authorities for the reopening of the amusement parks, Walibi is preparing and recruiting the 600 employees who will support the park during the 2021 season. Covid-19 obliges, the recruitment campaign will take place digitally.

Walibi Belgium and Aqualibi are looking for 250 seasonal workers and 350 students to strengthen the site’s teams. Several profiles are sought: attraction operator, shop manager, receptionist, investigator, kitchen worker, catering worker, cook, shop manager, first aid worker…In collaboration with the Forem, the selected seasonal workers will benefit from a certified training of a tourist agent, which can be used in their future careers.

Following the sanitary measures, Walibi will organize its 2021 recruitment campaign digitally. However, the park is one step ahead: for several years, presentation videos have replaced the CV. Interested parties must answer a few questions via a platform, explaining why they consider themselves to be the ideal candidate for the positions to be filled.

After a first selection, candidates will be invited to Digital Job Days. During these sessions, recruiters will answer candidates’ questions. Finally, the selected will also be invited to an individual interview, which will take place at the park from February 1 to early March.
