Joyous news for water lovers as Aqualibi reopens its doors on 25 December after a five-month closure following the floods in mid-July.

On July 16, Walibi Belgium was completely under water due to persistent rainfall. The technical infrastructure Aqualibi was severely damaged as a result. The Walibi amusement park was able to reopen on October 2 after a two and a half month closure. Aqualibi water park, where 3m of water was measured in the technical cellars, will finally reopen its doors on 25 December.

A safe Christmas vacation

The reopening of Aqualibi is a real Christmas present for lovers of water fun. They will be able to enjoy exciting slides, splashing waterfalls and wonderfully warm Jacuzzis again throughout the Christmas vacations, with friends or family.
In order for a visit to Aqualibi to be safe, in accordance with current security measures, a covid safe ticket will be required for all visitors aged 16 and over. There will also be a face mask requirement for all visitors from 10 years of age onwards from arrival to the changing room, from the changing room to the exit and when moving around the restaurant.
